Your Online GP Health Record
From 1st November 2023 – patients over 16 will be able to see new information added to their health record.
This includes notes from GP appointments, test results, medications, and letters from hospitals added to the records since 1st November 2023.
You can view this via the NHS App, NHS website, or another GP online app you use. If you don’t want to see your record, speak to your GP. You can visit www.nhs.uk/gp-record for more information or visit our website.
