Video Consultations When suitable the clinician may offer a video consultation through our secure AccuRX service. The clinician will always discuss this with you first.

Covid Boosters
Please be aware that Beacon Medical Group will not be participating in the COVID Booster Vaccinations. This will be completed via The National Booking Service.

Travel Company Covid recovery letter requests
Be aware that patients who have recovered from Covid-19 in the last 6 months and have been requested a letter by their travel company will be required to ask for this from a private company as Beacon Medical Group are not able to provide this.

Immunosuppressed patients
If you are eligible to receive a 3rd covid vaccination prior to you covid booster. This will be administered no earlier than 8 weeks after your 2nd covid vaccination. NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group will be in contact in due course to invite you for this.

Testing and tracing Get a test to check if you have coronavirus, understand your test result and find out what to do if you’re contacted by NHS Test and Trace.

Self-isolation and treatment if you have symptoms Advice about staying at home (self-isolation) and treatment for you and anyone you live with.

People at higher risk Advice for people at higher risk from coronavirus, including older people, people with health conditions and pregnant women.
