Changes to our Patient Access Options
Beacon Medical Group have recently made some changes to our patient access options.
We have now removed our auto attendant from our telephone options, meaning that you will no longer be able to order prescriptions, book or cancel appointments via option 3.
For patients who used the auto attendant service to order prescriptions, this can still be done via our online service, by setting up a repeat service with your pharmacy, or by placing a paper repeat prescription request in with your surgery.
For patients who used the auto attendant to book appointments, this can still be done via our online service, or by calling the Beacon Medical telephone line.
When you are using the telephone service please note that this option will no longer be available.
