We now offer afternoon blood appointments. Please enquire with our Patient Advisors to make an appointment.
We run a dedicated Travel Vaccination Clinic from our Chaddlewood Surgery. To book an appointment please hand in your completed travel form to reception. We will then book you for an appointment for you to come into the surgery to have your vaccination. Please allow up to 6 weeks for this to be completed.
For vaccination advice and to find out what you may need before travelling visit MASTA travel health. You will need to download the MASTA form from the MASTA travel health site along with our Travel Form and bring these into the surgery before you arrange your telephone appointment.
If you have been sent a letter about an immunisation for your child our clinics are held on Tuesdays. You can make an appointment with one of our Patient Advisors, either in the surgery or by telephone.
