You have been directed to this link having made an enquiry about being affected by tiredness.
If you haven’t made an enquiry, please feel free to read the information below and get in touch if you would like to take it further.
You have mentioned that you have been struggling with feeling tired, this is a common query , fortunately most of the time there isn’t an underlying concerning physical cause for this but it is completely reasonable to have the standard blood tests for this.
If you would like to proceed with the blood tests (as long as you have already contacted us through an online consultation and been directed to this link) you can now attend the Windsor House community blood taking service:
https://www.plymouthhospitals.nhs.uk/phlebotomy
The results of the test will then be available via the NHS App after about a week.
If these come back normal, then with the information you have provided it is likely that the next steps to improve your situation may be looking at what lifestyle factors may be contributing. For some people this means they might be doing too much and would benefit from slowing down and focusing on restorative activities, for others it might be a question of doing more, focusing on positive activities that can increase energy levels, exercise, socialising. Some additional advice is available here:

If you have ongoing concerns or symptoms after the blood tests, please feel free to get back in touch with us via this link:
