Chaddlewood Surgery Maintenance Work

Chaddlewood surgery will be closed for essential maintenance work from Monday 18th August to Friday 22nd August. The site will reopen on Tuesday 26th August at 8am.

All other sites will be open as usual the closest sites are:

Glenside Medical Centre, Plympton, PL7 4DR

Plympton Health Centre, Plympton, PL7 1AD

How to access us during the closure:

Our telephones and online consultation will be open as normal. Please online consult or call us if you require an appointment.

Prescriptions can be taken to any of our other sites:  If you have transport please visit our Glenside Medical Practice, Plympton Health Centre, Ivybridge Medical Practice, Highlands Health Centre.  

If you do not have transport you can leave your prescription form in the post-box inside the Lobby. There will be a delay as prescriptions will be collected once daily.

Services will be operating as normal at all other sites.
