The Beacon Medical Group is home to four GP surgeries; Plympton Health Centre, Chaddlewood Surgery, Ivybridge Health Centre and the Wotter Surgery.

At the Beacon Medical group we aim to provide you with the right services, by the right people, at the right time and therefore offer patients;

Extended opening hours to help you book appointments at times suitable for you. Our opening hours run from 8am to 8pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8am to 6pm on Fridays. View your surgery’s page for specific opening times.

A ‘No Waiting Room’ initiative so you can be seen by Practice Pharmacists, Advanced Paramedic Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and General Practitioners, providing patients with the right specialist, at the right time. Find out more about our Urgent Care Team.

A minor injury unit based at our Ivybridge Health centre, reducing the need for trips to the Emergency Department.
