TEDMEDLive returns for a second year!

Last December we got together clinicians, designers and tech entrepreneurs to join the global TEDMEDLive conversation as the US conference was streamed in Plymouth.

This sold out event inspired people to consider how advanced technology can help us improve health care around the world, as well as in our own working environments.

Due to the popularity we are pleased to announce the return of this thought provoking event – TEDMEDLive2016 will be streamed in Plymouth once again on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd December.

This condensed two day programme, taking place at Plymouth Science Park, will inspire, enthuse and connect neurons and problem solvers alike. It provides a unique opportunity to consider unique topics among a unique audience.

Not only is there a fantastic line-up (see below) but we have some very well-known key speakers joining us on the day;

  • Professor Brendan Noble – Pro-Vice Chancellor, Research & Innovation and Professor of Regenerative Medicine at the University of St Mark & St John, Plymouth
  • Mr Ian Sherriff – Academic Partnership Lead for Dementia, Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry
  • Dr. Val Mann – Associate Professor in Molecular Cell Biology
  • Dr. Pat Oakley – Practices Made Perfect
