Some of you may have noticed changes to the Online Prescription ordering system. Our current provider has unfortunately made a change that means you will be unable to order more than 5 items at any one time when you log in to order a repeat prescription.
This does mean you will need to re-enter the system several times to request more than 5 items. If you are requesting less than 5 items you will not be affected by this change.
We are working with our provider to request that they fix this issue and can then allow patients to order more than 5 items at any one time. We ask for your patience and understanding whilst we try to resolve this.
In order to help with this situation please be mindful over the next few weeks that your prescriptions may be on several different slips when you collect from us or your local pharmacy, so please check you have all the items you require before leaving.
We can only apologise for the inconvenience this may cause but hopefully, as we are aware of the difficulty, we can help minimise too much disruption.
