The NHS Immunisation Management Service has informed the practice that the National Call and Recall Service are making approximately 1.3 million follow-up telephone calls. These calls are to eligible individuals, reminding them to book a flu vaccination, on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement.

This is a legitimate service and not a fraudulent organisation.
