National Patient Data Check

National Patient Data Check

Primary Care Support England (PCSE) are doing a National Patient Data check, this is in the form of a letter drop to patients. The NHS regularly complete this check, and therefore some patients may receive a letter asking them to confirm their address and GP Surgery. It is important that you return these forms to the NHS Registrations team as no replies may result in the practice being asked to remove you from our list.

If we are asked to remove you from our list, we will conduct a review of your recent contact with the practice, we will also call you to check your information.

If you receive a letter from Primary Care Support England, you do not need to contact the surgery. We do though encourage you to return the enclosed reply slip.

Thank you.
