We wish to inform you that Dr Sadie Jones will be retiring from the practice on the 30th September 2022.  Dr Jones has worked as a GP for 32 Years and is one of the founding GP partners at Beacon Medical Group and prior to that a partner at Plym River Medical Practice, offering great support and working hard for the local community.   

We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dr Jones for her hard work and commitment to the practice and in particular to the care of her patients. We will be sad to see her go and wish her well and a well-deserved rest in her retirement, although we hear she already has lots planned!

Due to current infection control measures, we are unable to invite patients into the Health Centre to wish Dr Jones goodbye in person but will pass on any well wishes that are provided.   

Patients registered with Dr Sadie Jones will be moving to one of the other GPs within our Plympton team. Should you wish to know who your new GP is you will be able to view this via your online details.
