Beacon Medical Group is an exciting Primary Care provider in Plymouth and the South Hams. We currently have 5 surgeries across our Group with over 39’000 patients in our care and employing over 120 staff.

Project Manager £14.70

We are looking for Project Manager with a passion for change and improvement to help deliver and plan our patient services.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing projects, developing project plans from conception through to completion and can demonstrate a pedigree in change management or quality improvement principles, methodologies and tools. No two days will be the same as you’ll be managing a number of projects simultaneously in a complex and busy working environment. You will also be key in helping us evaluate existing projects, extracting our learning and scaling what we do.

Patient Liaison and Communication Lead  £13.00

The successful candidate will be confident in building relationships with our patients – on the ground, on the phone or online. You’ll help us to learn from patient feedback good and bad and will help us to provide the best possible care. You will have first-hand experience of dealing with complaints and of supporting volunteers; and will have the enthusiasm and drive to help us work together with patients with care, respect and dignity.  To apply for the role click here
